Highland Orchard

Ingredients

• 1.5 Parts Milagro Añejo or Milagro Reposado
• 1/2 Part Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 Bar Spoon Tamarind Concentrate
• 3 Parts Sidral Mundet© Apple Soda
• 2 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
• Thinly Sliced Red Apple (Garnish)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except soda and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and top with apple soda. Garnish with thinly sliced red apple.
