Ingredients

• 1 Part Milagro Select Añejo
• 1 Part Lustau® Pedro Ximénez San Emilio Sherry
• 1 Egg White
• Grated Nutmeg (Garnish)

Preparation

Pour all ingredients into a Boston shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with grated nutmeg.
